Kale Caesar Salad with Crispy Chickpeas

Ingredients

– 3 cups (37g) kale, stems removed & cut into bite-sized pieces – 2 cups (78g) romaine lettuce, cut into bite-sized pieces – 4oz (112g) shredded chicken breast, warm or cold – ¼ cup (45g) roasted chickpeas or croutons – 3 Tbsp caesar salad dressing – 2 Tbsp shredded parmesan cheese

1. Toss all ingredients in a large bowl until evenly coated with dressing. 2. Serve and enjoy!
