Everything Bagel Hummus

Ingredients

– 1-15oz can (454g) chickpeas (keep liquid!) – ½ cup (127g) tahini – ¼ cup (37g) high-quality extra virgin olive oil – 2-3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice – 1-2 Tablespoons Everything But The Bagel seasoning – Optional: 2 teaspoons sea salt

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. 2. Blend on high until creamy. 3. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.  Serve with pita chips, tortilla chips, or fresh veggies!
