– butternut squash – cornstarch – avocado oil – salt – chili powder – granulated garlic – ground black pepper
1. Peel squash and cut in half where bottom "bulb" starts. 2. Cut the bulb in half, if using. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon and discard (or save to roast!). 3. Slice the squash into ¼" sticks. 4. Add squash sticks to a large bowl and sprinkle corn starch. Toss until sticks are evenly coated. 5. Drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle seasonings. Toss until evenly coated. 6. Spread out evenly onto the prepared air fryer basket in a single layer. 7. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy. 8. Remove the basket from the air fryer, toss, then air fry for another 10-15 minutes. 11. Repeat until all of the squash sticks are cooked. 12. Sprinkle with fresh parsley, pair with your favorite dipping sauce, and enjoy!
