Greek Yogurt Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

– shredded chicken breast – light cream cheese (Neufchatel cheese) – low-fat plain Greek yogurt – low-fat shredded mozzarella – buffalo/hot sauce – finely diced celery – shredded carrots – Ranch seasoning – Optional toppings: shredded low-fat cheddar cheese, sliced green onion, blue cheese

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until evenly combined. 2. Pour into baking dish and top with shredded cheese(s) if desired. 3. Bake 40-50 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden. 4. Let cool and top with sliced green onions and more cheese if desired, and serve with raw veggies and/or chips!
