Notes
Store leftovers in an air-tight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
The popcorn and cereal may start to get stale pretty quickly so I recommend eating this soon after making it!
You can sub any dried fruit for the cranberries and apricots. Good options could be raisins, dried cherries, dried apples, dried pineapple, dried mango, or dried kiwi!
You can sub any nuts/seeds for the peanuts, almonds, and pumpkin seeds. Good options could be walnuts, pecans, macadamia nuts, or sunflower seeds!
