No Bake Brownie Bites

No bake brownie bites are the answer to your chocolate craving. Add a little sprinkle of sea salt and you have a healthy, easy-to-make treat!

Ingredients

– 1 cup (236g) tahini – 3/4 cup (84g) chocolate protein – 1/4 cup (88g) honey – 3 Tbsp mini chocolate chips – 1 Tbsp black cocoa powder – 1 tsp sea salt, plus 2 tsp for topping – 1/2 tsp vanilla extract – 1–2 Tbsp water, optional (if needed to help bind the bites)

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. 3. Using a spatula (or your hands), mix ingredients until fully combined. 4. Roll mixture into balls, ~1 Tbsp each, and place onto baking sheet. 5. Sprinkle 2 tsp sea salt on top. 6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and enjoy!
