Chocolate Sea Salt Puffed Quinoa Bars

Ingredients

– dark chocolate chips – natural almond butter (or any nut butter of choice) – honey or maple syrup – pure vanilla extract – puffed quinoa – flaky sea salt for topping

1. In a medium saucepan combine chocolate, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract. 2. Continuously stir with a rubber spatula until the ingredients are melted and combine. 3. Pour in the puffed quinoa and stir until evenly coated. 4. Pour the chocolate quinoa mixture into the prepared baking dish and press down into an even, uniform layer. 5. Sprinkle sea salt on top and chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. 6. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes, slice, and enjoy!
