– Mashed bananas (~4 large bananas) – Avocado oil (or any neutral oil: olive, walnut, vegetable, canola) – Real maple syrup or honey – Large eggs, room temp – Blackstrap molasses – Vanilla extract – White whole wheat flour – Almond flour – Ground cinnamon, cardamom, & nutmeg – Salt – Baking soda & baking powder – Optional mix-ins/toppings (1/2 cup): chopped nuts, chocolate chips, dried fruit, etc.!

1. Mash bananas in a large bowl. 3. Add remaining wet ingredients.  Whisk until combined. 4. In a separate medium bowl, whisk dry ingredients. 5. Once dry ingredients are whisked, add to wet ingredients. 6. Stir until just combined (*be careful to not overmix!  This will lead to a tough, dry bread). 7. Fold in any mix-ins. 8. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and sprinkle any toppings on top, if desired. 9. Bake 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean. 10. Let cool, slice, and enjoy!

Healthy Chocolate Zucchini Bread
