Roasted Ranch Cauliflower


– 2–3lbs (1340g; ~1 head) cauliflower – 1/4 cup (54g) olive oil – 1/3 cup (45g) ranch seasoning – 1 tsp ground black pepper, optional

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Rinse cauliflower. 3. Chop cauliflower into uniform bite-sized pieces. 4. Add cauliflower to a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil and seasonings. 5. Toss until evenly coated. 6. Spread evenly onto baking sheet. 7. Roast for 40-45 minutes, then broil on High for 2-3 minutes to get the pieces extra crispy. 8. Let cool and enjoy!
