– 4-5 leaves fresh mint (plus 2-3 for garnish) – 1 ½ ounces lavender simple syrup – Crushed ice – 1 ounces fresh lemon juice – 2 ounces bourbon
1. In a cocktail glass, muddle mint leaves with lavender simple syrup. 2. Add crushed ice until glass is mostly full. 3. Pour in bourbon and lemon juice. 4. Stir, garnish with a fresh mint leaf and/or lavender sprig, and enjoy!
