Honey lavender syrup is floral and full of flavor. It’s the perfect addition to any latte, cocktail, or mocktail! Plus it takes less than 10 minutes to make and is lower in sugar than traditional simple syrups.
– 1 cup water – 1/3 cup (113g) honey – 2 Tbsp stevia (or other no-calorie sweetener) – 1 Tbsp dried culinary lavender – 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. 2. Whisk until honey is dissolved. 3. Bring to a simmer and simmer for 3 minutes. 4. Immediately remove from heat and stir continuously for 2 minutes. 5. Strain lavender and pour syrup into a small container. 6. Let cool at room temperature and use or store in refrigerator.
