– 1 cup (26g) milk of choice – ½ cup (60g) old-fashioned oats – ¼ cup (73g) coconut Greek yogurt (I love Siggi's!) – 1 Tbsp chia seeds – 1 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
1. Mix all ingredients in a small container or mason jar. 2. Stir until combined. 3. Store in the refrigerator overnight or at least 4 hours. 4. Top with a sprinkle of coconut, slivered almonds, or more chia seeds and enjoy!
