Just a friendly reminder that I definitely have an obsession with all things food and creating delicious recipes for you (that are usually great for meal prepping as an added bonus!). 

Meal prepping is SUCH a time (and 💰) saver in the long run; plus, it prevents us from eating less nutrient-dense foods we might gravitate towards a litttttle too often when we’re busy! 🥦🍎

Anyone else spend most of their day talking about food?! 🤣

You haaave to try these granola bars because they’re currently my favorite recipe 🤩

PRO TIP: smack (yes, smack - you can see in the video) the mixture into the pan before chilling. This condenses them to give them that classic granola bar texture!

PRO TIP #2: you can use any cereal you like! I like original @chexcereal because it adds a nice crunchy texture (I crushed them up to make them hold better but you can leave them whole!)

I’m already dreaming of different flavor combos I can do with this recipe.. any suggestions?! 😏

I love using it as a dip, spread on sandwiches/wraps, or as part of a salad dressing 🤓  Plus you can add whatever flavors you want: garlic, roasted peppers, extra lemon, pesto, the options are endless! Hummus is full of complex carbs (thank you, fiber) and healthy fats (from the tahini and EVOO)!

Pro tip: use a high-quality extra virgin olive oil for the best flavor (look for a deep green color in the oil) 🤩

Banana bread never gets old and this easy banana b Banana bread never gets old and this easy banana bread recipe is just that - simple to make and so so delicious! Plus it’s lower in fat and added sugar than traditional banana bread 🤓

This is a recipe I love to meal prep. Since bananas turn brown so fast, I’ll whip some up whenever we have bananas that need to be used. Then I’ll slice the loaf and freeze as individual slices! That way I can easily thaw a slice or two to have as part of my breakfast for the week. I love pairing this banana bread with a smear of almond or peanut butter and some low-fat Greek yogurt 😋

I have been using this in all of my drinks from cocktails to tea to coffee. The combination of honey + lavender results in a super floral syrup that makes a delicious drink 🤩 plus I use half honey/half stevia to lower the sugar content!
