Sipping on this passion fruit mocktail is a great way to keep cool on a hot summer day. It has an amazing fruity flavor from the fresh passion fruit, lime juice, and kombucha. It resembles a non-alcoholic mojito with a slightly tart flavor!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 fresh passion fruit
  • 1 cup (245g) passion fruit kombucha or sparkling water
  • 1/4 cup (39g) coconut water
  • 1/2 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: 1 Tablespoon honey, simple syrup, or agave for extra sweetness

Instructions

  1. Slice passion fruit in half and scoop flesh and seeds out into a drinking glass.
  2. Fill the glass halfway with ice.
  3. Pour in remaining ingredients and stir.
  4. Garish with a lime wedge and/or sprig of mint, and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can add a few splashes of passion fruit juice  or puree to get even more passion fruit flavor!
  • If you want to make this recipe alcoholic, you can add a splash of white rum, vodka, or tequila.
  • You can use fresh mango and mango kombucha to make this a mango mocktail! Pro tip: the mango version of this mocktail is delicious with a lime and chili salt rim 🙂
  • STORAGE: If you happen to have any of this mocktail leftover, I would try to remove any remaining ice and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 day! The kombucha or soda water might become flat.
  • MAKE AHEAD: If you want to make this passionfruit mocktail ahead of time, I would suggest prepping the fresh passion fruit and lime juice, but then mixing all of the ingredients right before consuming! You can cut the passion fruits in half and seed them, storing the passion fruit pulp in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. You can also juice the limes to save time whenever you want to actually make the drink!
  • MAKE IN BULK: This recipe makes a single serving but you can absolutely make multiple servings at once! Simply multiple the ingredient portions by the number of servings you want to make it in bulk.
