Units Scale
  • 3 16-oz cartons strawberries, chopped into 1/2" pieces
  • 2 medium Granny Smith apples, chopped into 1/2" pieces
  • 1 small cucumber, chopped into 1/2" pieces
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped (with seeds)
  • 1/2 medium red onion, finely chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice

  1. Wash all produce and dry.
  2. Chop ingredients/juice limes and place into large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours. Pair with homemade cinnamon sugar tortilla or pita chips!

  • Store in refrigerator in air-tight container for up to 3 days.
  • I recommend letting the salsa sit in the fridge for a few hours to let the flavors marinate!
