Our fav fall salad uses a mix of kale + butter lettuce (different nutrients and textures), roasted butternut squash, dried cranberries (no sugar added!), goat cheese, chopped walnuts, shredded chicken, and then the best part - pumpkin hummus dressing! Yes. It’s a thing.
