1. Frozen banana pudding bars
2. Frozen yogurt granola cups
3. Kale Caesar salad (the kale holds up really well once it’s dressed so this salad is great for cookouts!)
4. Strawberry salsa (I love pairing this with cinnamon sugar pita chips using the homemade tortilla chips recipe!)
5. Instant Pot shredded chicken (add some BBQ or buffalo sauce 🤩)
6. Low sugar lemon bars
7. Homemade hummus (takes less than 10 min!)
8. Strawberry goat cheese salad
9. Pear (or apple) crisp with oats
10. Baked tortilla chips

This fall-apart chipotle pulled pork is so so good and extremely easy (thank you @crockpot).

Pulled pork can be pretty fatty since pork shoulder/butt are typically the cuts of pork used (reasonably so; too lean would make a dry pulled pork!). I cut as much visible fat off as I can, knowing some of the internal marbling will provide juiciness!

This spin on a classic recipe has a couple variations like subbing some vanilla protein powder for powdered sugar (but still using some powdered sugar because what’s puppy chow without it) and using a little bit of avocado oil and more peanut butter in lieu of butter!
