Ingredients

4 bananas, (mashed)
½ cup butter, (at room temperature)
¾ cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp molasses
2 large eggs, (at room temperature)
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup nuts, (chopped)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 and prepare loaf pan.
Cream butter, sugar, and molasses in mixing bowl.
Mash bananas with fork or potato masher and add to mixing bowl with 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
In separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt then add to batter.
Mix in nuts.
Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
